Senior ML Engineer - LLM Security (Zürich / London / Berlin / Remote in Europe)

Responsibilities:

• Dive into the latest research on LLMs and LLM security. 
• Red-teaming of LLMs: design and implement novel ways to find vulnerabilities in LLMs and how to exploit them.
• Build defense models to guard LLMs from prompt injection attacks, prevent data leakage, hallucinations and more.
• Be an ambassador for MLOps best practices in your team and the company.
• Cross-team collaboration: work hand-in-hand with the product team to deliver your solutions to the end-user.
• Identify and establish external collaboration opportunities and maintain relationships with world-leading research labs and key individuals.

About you.

• 3+ years of experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., PyTorch), artificial intelligence, deep learning and/or natural language processing.

• 3+ years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
• Experience working on natural language processing with LLMs.
• Experience testing, maintaining, and launching ML and software products.
• Familiarity with MLOps best practices.
