With Remoto our aim is to promote remote jobs and remote-friendly companies within Switzerland. We truly believe in the future of remote teams and want to contribute to their success.

Please note that Remoto is a curated job board. Generally, the rules are the following:

• The job is fully remote or remote-friendly. We define these as jobs that do not require regular and frequent presence in the office. Many of the teams choose to meet up in person every once in a while and that is perfectly fine. However, please make sure that the job does not require employees to regularly (e.g. 50% work from home) work from the office (i.e. hybrid work).
• One of the following:
  • Your company is based in Switzerland
  • The job location is in Switzerland
  • The preferred time zone is Central Europe / Switzerland
• The intention of your job post is to employ qualified remote workers. Job posts that are scams, fraud or set apparently illegal requirements will be removed without prior notice.
