Google Ads Specialist (German required) / part-time / remote

We're looking for a skilled Google Ads specialist to join our dynamic growth hacking agency in Zurich. 

In this role, you'll be pivotal in setting up and managing Google Ad Campaigns to drive revenue and conversions for our clients. Your tasks will include weekly checklists to ensure campaigns hit our targets and constantly seeking ways to improve performance and exceed client expectations.

About the team:
You'll be working within the growth marketing team to help us grow clients through a range of different channels. 
You'll work closely with the senior account managers and partners at what., and get the opportunity to collaborate with a range of specialists across channels. Our team is distributed globally, allowing you to be part of an exciting multi-cultural team.

Responsibilities:

You are responsible for the creation of Google Ads campaign strategies and understand how to incorporate customer goals. 

The setup for the campaigns, including keyword research and campaign structures (search, display, remarketing, YouTube, app and shopping campaigns) is your responsibility.
Ad copy should not be boring but creative and linked to Google Ads accounts including analytics and importing conversions.
You will work independently, communicate directly with the Account Manager on potential issues, maintain ongoing campaigns - making adjustments to the client's goals, monitor budget, conversions / ROAS, impression share, quality score and other key metrics and contribute to monthly reports with insights and data to analyze campaign performance.

You have an understanding of business models, and the ability to derive insights and explain technical concepts.
Your experience includes in-depth Google ad campaigns and already 1-2 years of experience in SEM and PPC and experience with medium-sized budgets.
You enjoy taking a structured approach to projects and working with spreadsheets, you are ambitious, always looking to develop and love what you do, not just for a living.
