Your responsibilities

You own the entire product vision and roadmap in a cross-functional delivery team (Product, Design, Engineering) to make our customer experience unforgettable.

With your exceptional communication and project management skills you manage our complex set of stakeholders (Sales & Marketing, Brand & Portfolio, Finance, eCommerce...) and make sure that your customers are always put first.
You prioritize and define the work at the user story level, and you make sure that your team has the right focus.
You have the product leadership in the cross-functional team and therefore you take care that every voice is heard and balanced, and that all team members understand the objective.
Together with the UX and the Tech team’s lead, you aim to create the best products that solve our user problems and achieve the company's strategic objectives.

That's you

You have 5+ years of hands-on experience driving software products
You have at least 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital growth
You have taken a full product or a major feature all the way from user research to launch
You hold a bachelor’s degree or higher.
You have great communication skills, and therewith you are an expert at keeping every stakeholder in the loop.
You are a product-management-champ: Highly result-driven and your biggest goal is to solve complex issues and to bring in your “product-first” mentality.
