🥜 IN A NUTSHELL: Because we’re growing, our sales team is looking for a new colleague (f/m/x). As a Sales Intern at grape, your mission is to create interest and business opportunities through direct communication using various online and offline channels. You aim to generate qualified interest of companies by interacting with the HR department. In our sales team your main aim and responsibility are to qualify leads and book meetings for an Account Executive (AE) you are collaborating with.

- Swiss German native (must), German and English at full professional proficiency

🧙 Your role
- You will work closely together with an Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Account Executive (AE) to drive outbound lead generation
- Booking meetings with prospects within a proven sales process using the following channels
- Cold calling
- Email communication
- LinkedIn messaging alternating between text, voice, and video messages
- Cold Calls should be perfected to qualify leads and find out data of target accounts. Calls should be made efficiently to get a high number of conversions. As an SDR, you should know how to get the right person on the phone, talk about challenges/needs, and ask relevant questions to book meetings.
- Prospecting potential leads and feeding them into our tools
- Helping to manage the overview of prospects in the sales funnel and following up accordingly (e.g. screening for in-active prospects and calling/emailing them)
- Precise documentation of prospect interaction in the CRM (e.g. documenting cold calls), including the coordination of next steps and handover of information to the Account Executive (AE)
- (Automated) Messaging via Interseller (or other email outreach tool) and LinkedIn, including follow-ups
- Weekly data tracking to keep a quantified overview about the sales team's performance
- Taking over administrative tasks that support the optimisation of the sales process (e.g. extracting data and deriving educated actions)
