You will be working within a dynamic Legal Engineering team. On a day-to-day basis you will:

• Design automatable commercial contract concepts and language in various ways, including prompting and the creation of prompt libraries.

• Analyze the Legartis AI solution results and define improvement measures.

• Evaluate and improve the Legartis AI and datasets.

• Provide legal feedback to further develop the Legartis AI solution.

• Collaborate with and advise clients in setting up contract review guidelines and automatable review rules.

• Support the sales process by demonstrating the Legartis AI solution to interested parties.

• You hold a Master’s degree in Law or equivalent (any additional education or admission to the bar is a plus);

• You have post-qualification experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts (e.g. NDAs, Service Agreements, Construction Agreements, Software License Agreements);

• Ideally, you have experience in advising clients in the review of contracts; 

• You are able to quickly get to the heart of a problem and understand client’s needs;

• You have excellent (legal) communication and writing skills in German and English (any further language is a plus) and enjoy analysing language;

• You are interested in current business trends involving AI, machine learning and prompting, especially generative AI solutions such as ChatGPT; experience with prompting is a big plus;

• You are able to manage multiple priorities/projects in a fast-paced environment, project management experience is a plus;

• You are a quick thinker, learn fast and have the courage and creativity to find new solutions;

• You have an innovative and proactive mindset, capable of identifying opportunities, solving challenges creatively, and challenging the status quo;

• You are a motivated, flexible individual who values teamwork, complemented by a responsible and organized personality.
