Team Assistant (German required / full-time / remote or onsite)

We seek an assistant for our team that works directly with our Project and Account Managers, allowing them to do their work more efficiently and effectively.

Your work will have many facets, and you will see many projects, from small landing pages to complex products. Your tasks will include things such as:

• Incoming requests will land on your desk first. You can reassure clients through a fast, professional response and manage their expectations. By reviewing the issues, you can prepare them for the team and ensure they are completed together with the relevant project manager to ensure they are completed expediently.

• Sales requests will be in your area of responsibility, and you will ensure that prospects know they are in good hands and what they can expect. During the sales process, you support the team with research by preparing documents and organizing estimations. When a project is sold you support the project manager in assembling everything that is needed to get going ensuring a seamless project launch.

• To ensure things run well, you support project managers on various projects with their ticket management. You ensure everyone knows what needs to be done and give people a nudge should they need to remember something. Through regular reviews of project boards, you help to ensure everything gets noticed and that our clients have a first-rate experience. You also prepare documents to reflect a project’s status and help us present our work.

• You verify the work completed by others by doing QA. Experience in testing is a big plus.

• You support project managers with meetings and set them up, take notes, and list action items so you can hold attendees accountable.

Additionally, understanding web technologies is valuable; you may have even built a website yourself.

Our experience also shows that experience working in an environment like ours, with many projects and clients simultaneously, is a significant advantage.

You should be able to talk and write in German and English at a professional proficiency (minimum C1).
