As our company grows, we are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our sales team, who will be responsible for strategic accounts and ensure that these accounts run smoothly to drive sustainable customer loyalty.
The Key Account Manager works with Sales Engineers, Solution Architects and Service Managers to ensure that customer needs are met and that customers receive the best possible sales support. With a deep understanding of industry standards, the Open Source market and its players, and emerging technology developments, they provide strategic-level advice to high-level customers.
